DESCRIPTION:

Patient is a 65 year old woman who was diagnosed with right breast cancer. Patient also has significant family history of breast cancer including her mother and sisters. She elected to have both breasts remove and breast reconstruction using her own tissue . Her breast reconstruction journey included.

Surgery 1: bilateral skin sparing mastectomy and immediate reconstruction with DIEP flaps (her own tissue). She decline to have nipple reconstructions
