19 year old female presents with a severe tuberous breast deformity on the right side and minimal breast development on the left breast. Patient had significant self image problem
Surgery: correction of breast deformity in 2 stages. Stage 1 – placement of tissue expanders in both breast to expand the lower pole skin and create a pocket for breast implant – Stage 2- removal of tissue expander and placement of permanent implant silicone implants –round smooth moderate plus silicone 560 cc
