DESCRIPTION:

This is a 58 year old male who presents stating that he has difficulty breathing and does like droopy tip of the nose. He also complains looking tired due to droopy eyelids and hallowing of the face.

Surgical correction includes – endoscopic brow lift and upper/lower blepharoplasty and fat grafting to correct periorbital aging and facial atrophy
