DESCRIPTION:

This is a 42 year old female with 2 kids who had breast augmentation through a periareola incision 15 years prior – her implants were 285 cc saline implants placed in subglandular position. She had significant left breast capsular contracture and breast asymmetry. She also has laxity of her abdomen even though she is very thin and fit. She presented for breast augmentation revision and repair of abdominal laxity

Surgery: Bilateral breast augmentation revision – 1. changing of pocket to submuscular dual plane with strattice to prevent capsular contracture – new silicone round smooth implants Mentor high profile 415 cc

2. abdominalplasty with repair of diastasis. This is a 3 years postop
