DESCRIPTION:

BEFORE

This patient is a 40 year old female who came in after being diagnosed with right breast DCIS. She is otherwise healthy and is recommended to have a nipple sparring mastectomy with immediate reconstruction with a lat flap, implant and left breast fat grafting.



AFTER

Patient has now undergone her nipple sparring mastectomy on her right breast, and immediate reconstruction with lat flap (the scar on her first photo that leads from her back), implant and fat grating to the left breast. Her right breast is more pigmented than her left due to radiation treatments. Her breasts look incredible and fit her figure well.
