DESCRIPTION:

Patient presents 5 years post bilateral breast reduction surgery. Patient desires an improvement in size and shape of breasts, but does not want breast implants.

Surgery: Patient underwent bilateral breast augmentation with fat transfer obtained through liposuction of the abdomen, flanks and thighs. A total of 280cc was transferred to the right breast, and 300cc transferred to the left breast.
