DESCRIPTION:

Patient is a 66 years old female with severe upper eyelid ptosis and extra skin overhanging upper eyelid and lower eyelid puffiness and hallowing of the cheeks .

Procedure: The patient undwerwent upper eyelide ptosis repair with removal of overhanging skin and lower eyelid rejuvenation with fat repositioning and fat transfer to cheek bone areas
