DESCRIPTION:

The patient is a 29 years old female with a history of metastatic left breast cancer who underwent a left breast mastectomy and immediate silicone smooth round implant. However, patient was unhappy with the asymmetry and rippling deformity of her reconstructed left breast. Subsequently, the patient decided to have a prophylactic right breast nipple sparing mastectomy with a 2 stage reconstruction using tissue expanders and Allergan 410 form stable implants and revision of her left reconstructed breast.
