IPL delivers high intensity pulses of broadband light that is non-ablative, meaning that is does not damage the surface of the skin. The intense light is delivered to the deeper parts of the skin (dermis) and leaves the superficial aspect of the skin (epidermis) untouched. IPL can eradicate red facial veins & flushing, improve acne rosacea, treat irregular pigmentation, dark sun spots, and reduce fine facial lines.
Vascular Lesions / Pigmented Lesions
Remove lesions quickly and gently.
Benign pigmented lesions may be genetic in origin or may be caused by physical damage such as sunburn or injury, as well as the natural effect of ageing. The lesions can vary in size and colour. It is always important to ensure that the lesion is not malignant before removing it. Disorders of the blood vessels (vascular lesions) can be of various types, from small telangiectasias (sometimes called spider veins or broken veins) to large Port Wine Stains.
Leg Veins Treatment
Treat dilated leg veins
Whereas classical IPL works for certain smaller leg veins, it is generally accepted that Nd:YAG technology is much more effective than IPL for the majority of leg veins.
Acne / Actinic Keratosis
Clearer complexion without the use of antibiotics.
Ellipse Selective Waveband Technology and laser systems work by reducing the blood supply to the sebaceous gland, which slows down production of sebum and accelerate the healing process for acne.
